Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Instant Digital Delivery

All products sold by ArtBridge Studio are digital files. No physical item is shipped. Delivery works as follows:

• Immediately after successful payment, a download link appears on the order confirmation screen.
• The same link is emailed to the address provided at checkout, usually within 5 minutes.
• Links remain valid for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads.
• Files are supplied in the formats listed on the product page (PNG, PSD, SVG, etc.) without watermark.

If you do not receive your link within 24 hours, contact us at hasanaskari.sheikh21@gmail.com or +92 314 2397191 and we will resend it.

2. No Refunds Once Delivered

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. By completing checkout you acknowledge this.

3. Exceptions

We will issue a replacement or full refund only if:

• The file is corrupted or materially different from its description and we cannot provide a working replacement within 72 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
• Payment was taken but the download was never delivered.

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to bank processing times.
